We want you to love your beauty curation, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that individual items within the box cannot be returned separately.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Box

Place the unopened Allure Beauty Box into its original shipping carton and securely attach the prepaid return label to the outside.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
