When will my monthly beauty box ship?

Your first box ships within 3-5 business days of your initial order. Subsequent monthly boxes are dispatched by the 15th of each month.

Can I choose the products in my box?

While each box is curated by our beauty experts to ensure a premium experience, we occasionally offer 'Member Choice' products where you can select a specific shade or item via your account dashboard.

What is your return policy for beauty products?

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care items, we do not accept returns of monthly boxes. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.

Are the products in the box full-sized?

Every Allure Beauty Box is guaranteed to contain at least three full-sized products, along with a selection of premium deluxe-sized samples.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next month, please ensure you cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to international beauty enthusiasts in the near future.
